Development History
1871
The UK headquarters was established, located in London, UK. Richard Evans, the chairman of the company, produced the first reciprocating compressor in the same year, dedicated to the research and production of military weapons and industrial aerodynamics.
1910
The company's main business has expanded into nine areas: air system compressors, air separation equipment, hydrogen production equipment, military electronics, anti submarine weapons, C3I systems, missiles, ordnance systems, and system integration.
1999
BAE Systems, a British company, has established the aerodynamic brand "GESO SYSTEMS".
2002
The first Shanghai representative office was established in China, and the entire equipment was imported from the UK into the Chinese aerospace and electronics industry market.
2006
A total of 26 after-sales service outlets have been set up in various provincial capitals in China, and a comprehensive after-sales service system has been deployed to ensure the user experience of Chinese users and the safe and stable use of equipment.
2016
Shanghai, China has established a warehousing and logistics center to ensure timely supply of complete machines and spare parts for the Chinese market.
2018
BAE Group registered and established "Shanghai Gesu Industrial Co., Ltd." in China, and set up a compressor assembly production plant in Shanghai, China at the same time, with a registered capital of 11 million US dollars.
2021
Shanghai Gesu Industrial Co., Ltd. invested in the establishment of Jiangsu Gesu Equipment Co., Ltd. and set up a sales company for nitrogen/oxygen air separation equipment in Suzhou. In the same year, a second phase project with an annual output of 300 nitrogen/oxygen separation equipment was added to the Shanghai factory, which included research and production of nitrogen/oxygen air separation equipment.
2022
Invest in the establishment of "Shanghai Gesu Energy Equipment Co., Ltd." and register it as a branch in some offices in provincial capitals across the country, completing the separation of production and sales, and achieving efficient and convenient market development and services nationwide.
2023
Build a national level energy efficiency laboratory in the production factory in China, conduct energy efficiency certification and filing for each equipment of the company, and complete the first level energy efficiency certification of the company's energy-saving products.
2024
BAE GESO SYSTEMS LTD, a British company, has invested in the establishment of "Gesu Vietnam Company" and set up after-sales service networks in various provinces and regions of Vietnam, as well as warehouse centers, to establish effective, timely, and comprehensive after-sales response speed and services for the Vietnamese market.
