The management tasks include four aspects:
⑴ Identify risks through on-site inspections, such as conducting safety observations; Medical and occupational health evaluation; Environmental assessment and review; Accident and incident reports; HSE inspection report; Local type statistical reports, etc.
⑵ Develop correct measures and policies for management through the HSE committee. The committee should include:
Senior management personnel of companies and contractors;
Designate a coordinator to implement the resolutions and recommendations of the committee.
⑶ Action plans jointly executed by coordinators (such as drivers, medical consultants, or doctors) and relevant departments, including: developing or updating process technology;
Supply or replace personal protective equipment (tools);
Develop and improve training plans.
⑷ Check the results, review the accident or incident, analyze the development trend based on statistical data, and send a safety management team to conduct a comprehensive on-site inspection.
