The higher the filtration accuracy of the filter element, the smaller the diameter of the solid particles that can be blocked, and the easier it is to be blocked by larger particles. When choosing an air compressor filter, choosing a high-precision air compressor filter regardless of the field cannot guarantee the improvement of the filtration efficiency of the air compressor filter (which is related to the penetration rate and is the most important criterion for measuring the quality of the air compressor filter), and the service life will also be affected. The filtering accuracy should be selected based on the filtering object and the purpose achieved.

When choosing an air compressor filter, most people still have a misconception that selecting a single air compressor filter with the corresponding processing accuracy based on the required air quality can meet the requirements and save expenses. In fact, the required air quality is determined by the processing accuracy of the selected single air compressor filter, but without the pre-treatment protection of the lower level air compressor filter, the high-precision filter element will quickly become clogged due to excessive load, accelerating the frequency of filter element replacement and indirectly increasing production costs.
